May 10th, 2025, at 3:49 AM, Camas Valley Fire was paged for a mutual aid request for a natural cover fire on the Coos Bay Wagon Road in Tenmile. Tenmile units on scene estimated a 1-2 acre fire in steep terrain. Tender 4260 and Brush Truck 4281 responded with 4 volunteers. Personnel worked the fire for approximately 4 hours assisting Tenmile Fire, Lookingglass Fire, and DFPA who had also responded. Camas Valley Fire Units were then released by command after the fire was 100% lined.

Douglas Forest Protective Association (DFPA) has called the fire the "Wilson Cr. Fire" and has stated the fire size via GPS was at 1.7 acres and the cause is under Investigation. DFPA crews and engines will remain on scene throughout the day.
